RRR is overrated. I hate buying plots which have no end use. Resale will be super tough. Edo naam ke vasthe land untadhi. 1-2 years after the project, all the roads will be absorbed by nature and resale will never happen.

Me and my dad right now are semi-actively looking for investments in real estate right now and we don’t consider Amaravati even as an option. Shit, high level kamma people I know asked me not to invest as he can come back in 34 if not in 29.

40% of people voted for YCP, so for 40% Amaravati isn’t even an issue. And we never know when JSP will fight on its own splitting the vote. He can come anytime.

Would only invest in it if it hits a certain infraction point, otherwise would trust Hyderabad any day.

So as an investment, IF YCP issue is resolved, then would rather invest in Amaravati than RRR.

PS. I meant RRR is overrated for real estate, not that it’s not needed. We definitely need it, not right now but we need to execute it for the future.

i dont know if this is common but in summers i used to bath daily and i had severe hairfall problem but during winters i bath rarely and this issue seems to have vanished. idk if theres any correlation between the water quality and hairfall issue
