    Frequency of bus that must maintain decent time for reaching the area though I am okay with 5-10min

    Need to stop rounding the ticket price to Rs:5 or 10

    Good maintenance and must have bus shelter for passengers

    Increase no. Of busses at peak hours either mrng or evening

    Either Increase Frequency or add special bus to the students are gng to engineering colleges routes

    Improve the customer contact service at mgbs

    What I personally think is 1500 buses is good enough to fix the major issue in public transport

    Hyderabad needs something like the DTC buses that came in Delhi around 2009-10. And removal of the AP registered buses. AC buses is a grey area,some routes go full others literally empty. Airport services need an overhaul.Some routes are back to back others will make you miss your flight
