If someone's planning to settle in ur lovely city, how do we go about wid our vehicle. Esp if its a two wheeler. Pls clarify

1. Do we have to transfer registration to Chandigarh wid local number plate (if living on rent) - how many months allowed initially to drive on other state vehicle number plate.?
2. Where can we get some hands on training for the driving rules and signal obedience / Understand the system?

I think they are a great starting point for beginners though.

But if you are more advanced creator, which I think you are since I recognize your name from LinkedIn and X, you should probably opt for a more custom option. Ghost is one of such, which I absolutely love, or a fully custom website with a newsletter built on (Convert)Kit.

Why limit yourself with a platform like Substack when you can break those limitations with better options?
