Not a pure app idea, but providing trained and well qualified handy persons for simple things like small electrical issues, plumbing issues etc at standard rates. I know there are enough people around, but getting things done in a timely manner is a challenge. Also, with the non-floating population becoming increasingly aged, there will surely be a need for a dependable service provider. But again it is a service business and not an app business, but help with revenue generation right from day you are able to get customers. The risk with this would be if a bigger player like Urban Company decides to come in to M'lore then the competition might impact revenue in longer run.
