I lived in pune for 5 years and had a bike for 4 of those... I've travelled all around pune and it was my daily commuter for college. I also used to ride my friends activa from time to time..
While I never felt driving a bike in pune was a issue but yea the convenience of scooty is good to have.
But one major issue of scooty is the bad suspension... I once drove from Katraj all the way to Kharadi any man my back hurt so bad.. Same thing on my bike was a charm...

Many people don't know how the CPI(M) works; their roots run deep, and they are a cadre-based party that doesn't need popular faces like Congress. Simply, the party symbol is enough. They have sufficient cadres in every district. It's Congress that lacks this, relying on the Muslim League and Christians for support. They don't possess the cadre strength of even the BJP.
