As a teenager living in agra since birth, i consider my city the most peaceful and 'vibrant' in your terms. The city may not offer what you were looking for (lust obv.), but it has everything except that. Historical monuments, job opportunities, tourist spots and everything. To sum up, i respect every city and believe that each one of it has its own sigificance, but i might differ with you on the point that "Agra is boring".
