I took my first metro ever from anand vihar to rajiv chowk, i am from UP so I was just being a small town nervous girl and I had a trolley bag so I preferred standing coz there was no sitting space, and here this boy and girl started making reel, idk but she was dancing fabulously lmao. But I told her to please crop me out but she was nice enuf to show me the results and I wasn't in it. Not a great story but kinda memorable as I was travelling alone and was asking ppl for even small details and this incident made my heart light.

If the driver is wearing blue shirt . And if u complain he might get a memo . If he was wearing brown one he might needed to go to mtc head place and answer about it. We can also take action if bus isnt stopping in bus stop. Some days before a 109 wasnt stopping at kovalam outside bus stand(going to broadway) . When it was coming back to kovalam . Two officers came and gave memo to both conductor and driver.
