It’s surprising to see an American know about Chandigarh as it’s not a very big city.
Yes, Chandigarh is great city to live in but real estate in Chandigarh is not affordable. One of my friend lives in LA. A sea facing house at Manhattan beach is cheaper than above average size residential land in Chandigarh.
It’s all demand and supply.

Agra has few good CBSE and few very good ICSE schools and depending on your location preferences toh can select Good schools maybe in the centre of the city.

I did my ground classes with sahil khurana, he is good enough. Another ground classes I have heard allot about are IFA, many of my friend’s are from IFA and they said it’s really good.

Just be serious while studying bro, teachers in both ground classes will be pain in ass if you don’t perform well ( have seen some stuff).
