How does one differentiate between dialect and language? I know Hindi and can mostly understand if someone speaks Bhojpuri, but can never understand Haryanvi, Marwadi or Kumaoni. Note- the only form of Hindi i know is standardized as my mother tongue is Tamil.

This is happening at almost every road in Nagpur. 2 kadam chalo to phir khudai dekhne ko mil jati hai. Inko road banane k pehle yad nhi aata hai ki cable dalni hai or something else. Aur pata nhi bhai aisi konsi development kr rhe hai Ashok sq, nandanvan ka to look hi badal diya hai. Ab yaha bhi metro daudengi... Chalo aachi bat hai, but atleast traffic ka to socha hota. At a time har jagah start kr diya kam.
