1. Jumped a red light , will i get a challan?

    There’s a slight chance (0.01%) that your violation goes away from the radar.

    So cameras don’t right away create challans, they only create suspected violations which are reviewed by a human.

    I can say this because I have noticed some patterns with these cameras in Chandigarh.

    Sometimes I speed up to 63 by mistake, if cameras were automated then a challan would be created at 61 itself. But I never got a challan. I test this often.

    But again it’s luck 👀
