I live in a community where there are multiple buildings with similar names. It’s easy for the delivery people to make mistakes. I’ve had several parcels disappear (probably delivered to another flat by accident) and each time, whenever I’ve spoken to Amazon, they readily offer me either a refund or an exchange.

Edit: I’ve had another experience where whenever my delivery is packed in a big box, I can tell that it has been opened and then resealed (this has happened three times). I also noticed that these boxes were being delivered by the same person which could be a coincidence, but worth noting. I brought this to Amazon’s attention and they have changed the delivery partner for my area.

Amazon has been extremely helpful in my experience. I would speak to them about your concerns.
