I think the solution isn't just regulation (tho that would help), but also finding ways to add unique value that AI cant easily replicate. For example:

- Original research/case studies
- Expert interviews
- Custom visualizations/infographics
- Building actual authority through real experience

The publishers who will survive are the ones who focus on creating truly original content vs just rewriting whats already out there. Its why we're seeing such growth in video content like u mentioned.
