Firstly you need GSC (Google Search Console) access to BOTH domains and at the very least setup a domain transfer (this is not optimal, its just the very least you should do)

GA wont give you enough data on search. And with consent mode v2 - it wont even give you all the data on visits.

Secondly - you need a SERP report for the new domain (and the old domain) to see what you're gaining vs losing.

Its impossible for anyone to know the outcome - given we dont know how much traffic (if any) was there. But SEMRush does have a fairly big database open to the public (via subscription) on estimated keywords, rank positions and "potential" traffic that you can measure before and after.

Even if you keep every URL the same on a CMS migration on the same domain, I've seen 25-50% traffic loss - but that does typically rebound.

Cross-domain is more complex as Google has an algorithm for deciding what links to keep vs ignore

And then if there are new URLs, then there's little to "rebound to" - so too many variables to answer this question right now

# How to remediate

Make sure you preserve URLs and maybe 301 indivudal urls vs the whole domain. For as many as possible, get backlinks changed to the new site directly.
