He will do w/e is in his own interest for pursuing power/fame for himself and his family. If pandering to crypto users gets votes he will do that. If there is a reason to flip back to being anti-crypto, like inflation, or if bitcoin/crypto is used to fund protests like the canada convoy, he will flip. In the end he is an authoritarian, crypto provides individuals power and autonomy, they are fundamentally opposed. He supports it as long as he thinks it will get him votes / more power, and won't when it does the reverse. Until then less regulation will help slightly, but ultimately the technology must stand on its own regardless of government policy.
