I'm 16M. Delhi. What I would say in your situation based on my experience with relationships (my last one ended EXACTLY the same as yours) is that DO NOT kill your fun part of mind because of this. Get in relationships or not get in relationships, your choice. It isn't bad to get in one since it teaches you emotional maturity and consideration for others in THE most passive way possible. But if this has given you the as I call it "post breakup mind fvck", then just go full "jo hoga dekhi jayegi bc". Now I am going to say something stupid and please forgive my assumptions. If you are in the science stream ( I assume you're in 11th grade) get into robotics and automation with arduinos n shii. They fun like they fuuuun kind of fun 😩🤤. Become an amature-pro mix like me. (In robotics ofc). This WILL help you get your mind together. You do not need to say YOU are bad or made bad choices or I should not get in relationships n shii just be neutral about this and dive into robotics and automation 🤤.
Also Robotics is fuunnnnn just think of all the imaginary phonk edits of your prototypes.
Back to topic- this is something VERY harsh and only applies to specific people- We the common 16/17 yr olds, FORCE ourselves to cry. You do not cry because you HAVE to you do because you want to. I do not mean just physical crying I mean things like letting ourselves down because of others too.
