Its decent, but at this price range you get the 40hp machines like the Speed 400 and Guerilla 450 and that is majorly why this bike sells poorly.

The bike is a good city commuter. It has a nice mid-range and is really light-weight, but a small fuel tank and wooden front brakes. The main problem with this bike is the spare parts availability, it isn't uncommon to wait weeks for a spare wheel incase you run into a pothole.

Try out the speed 400 and Guerilla 450. Neither are as fuel-efficient, but both are more entertaining in the long run.

The Duke 250 and Vitpilen 250 are solid options now and are very well-rounded with an excellent chassis, electronics, a big fuel tank and the best iteration of the 250cc engine. It is the smoothest KTM engine.

There's also the Speed T4. A relaxed and chill-going version of the Speed 400 with about 10% more mileage everywhere (still expect 33km/l). It is stress free upto 120km/h and for the money a really good deal.

Test ride and figure out which bike you like the most. Don't bother with ARAI mileage figures, they aren't often the most accurate. For instance I just finished a 155km trip on my Speed 400 and burned through 4.4 litres of petrol, averaging around 35km/L. Pick the bike you enjoy riding the most and you'll have a good time. As for reliability, all are equally reliable. I've seen gasket leaks on Hondas aswell as REs running in mint condition ever since it left the showroom.

If you are not buying then you are better off not looking at daiky.

Let others buy it, you can stay in the same house at about 4% of the cost on rent. Honestly I dont get this craze about buying a flat. Majority are migrants, would you stay in Bangalore for rest of your life? Invest your money, when you are close to 40 or so and when you are well settled about how your life is to be, then you buy a house to stay in without having to worry about getting laid off.

10+ yrs across US, France, S Korea and multiple other Asian countries, moved to Thane a few yrs back. It was tough for me then and still feel so sometimes. But there is a different fun being here. I think it also depends on what age group you belong to and whether you have family and friends around.

If you were born in India and moving here, then it's comparatively easy; basics stay the same like keep it to yourself, take some time to gel, people here can often come across closed but they are not, avoid too much of any media, build your circle slowly. Build the tribe!!
