yeah cold outreach is tough - i built backlinker ai specifically because i was tired of manually emailing hundreds of sites lol.

here are some strategies that actually work well:

1. focus on HARO/reporter outreach. getting quoted as an expert on legit sites is way more valuable than random blog links. plus reporters are actively looking for sources
2. create really good infographics/data visualizations. sites love featuring these + linking back. just make sure its actually useful/interesting data
3. find broken links in your niche and reach out to site owners with your content as a replacement. takes work but can be effective
4. guest posting on relevant industry sites (but avoid the spammy guest post farms)

quality over quantity is key here. id rather have 5-10 solid backlinks from authoritative sites than 100 from random blogs nobdy reads.
