Most companies have ended wfh policy and I never understood the charm of these cities. But people in lower economic groups have no other options than to leave Bihar

    probably the fact that naturally pahadi women share the workload with the men. While men would work out for jobs women would be going up to forest getting wood for fire, feeding cattle, cleaning , working in rice fields. I also believe there's a tribe in pithoragarh where women are the head of society.
