The basis of people reaching their conclusion is entirely based on posts like "this monster graped this girl" posts and a call recording with no context. I'm not saying he's innocent and shi. But I don't think we have enough evidence to label him as the perpetrator and do shit like leaking his insta, identity, father's number, etc.

Lemme take a hypothetical situation: Imagine if advik was the culprit, he could easily ask his friends to circulate posts alleging another random guy. Yk it's not that difficult to just spread random shit on social media. His friends would've flooded reddit and insta w posts like "x monster graped this innocent girl" and people would've buthered that innocent guy's social image. It wouldn't even take a lot of factual info/proof. And it's quite evident.

Ever since I saw that one post w his instagram linked to it w the title "this guy graped a girl", people have been relentlessly resharing the same shit without any reliable proofs.

Here's the thing, raising your voice and spreading news about an incident to seek justice is not the same as alleging someone and spreading that info without having any sort of confirmation.

Ik people are sentimental af rn, but let's not act like we're lawyers and detectives. It's not our authority. And the only scenario in which we could have that authority is if the court doesn't do shit ab it.
