It seems you can barely get enough alcohol to get drunk and enough weed to get high even in such a hard situation but you assume you are incapable of turning a worthless sack of shit such as yourself into a winner. In this world I find You’ll always under perform but won’t return empty handed, that is granted if you try your hardest. Instead of using all your energy to get to the next bottle of whiskey or next disposal vape you should change what it is you’re trying to get. But in order to do that you would have to stop drinking, but you drink because you’re a piece of shit, so the only answer is to find a way not to feel worthless that doesn’t involve substances. That can be like wanting to be a role model for your little brother or to make money just to go live alone in the woods. Fundamentally change your perception of yourself as a person and go work for something that is tied to yourself and your self worth. I feel like self help books can help as long as you don’t join a cult or treat the author like some messiah, so you can look into those type of books, especially ones with many awards, could be worth it.

RBI, the different financial thinktanks, the Private and public banks, and our Bureaucrats drive our fiscal policy. Additionally, global financial bodies like the IMF and other entities review the policies to ensure we're not going to default on our loans or investments. The only thing the ruling party does is create high level policies within these restrictions and when they create schemes that increase budget expenditure, they are offered different solutions by these bodies, which they accept depending on the political upheaval they will cost.

So, effectively, if you want to reduce direct taxes, you need to get rid of some form of budget expenditure. Let's say - subsidies and freebies. Now either the current party will do it, if the direct tax payers become a larger threat, or you need to change the party itself which can come to power depending on your votes. Whatever it may be, India can't spend more than a certain amount.

Now guess who's electoral power is more? The direct tax payers or the other group? You think the direct tax payers can actually elect a party at a state level let alone at national level? Even Bangalore or Mumbai seats aren't enough to win the respective states, let alone the country.
