This individual has created and shared a social media video promoting domestic violence against women. In the comments under the video, he has explicitly demonstrated that his intent is not to provide commentary/ raise awareness/ sensitise people but to express his support for violence against women as a cheap and reckless attempt at comedy. Such content is not only morally reprehensible but also directly encourages criminal behavior, violating the principles of justice and the rule of law.


As you are aware, domestic violence is a serious criminal offense under Indian law. A legal professional—who is duty-bound to uphold justice and the Constitution—propagating such violent views is both unethical and a betrayal of the legal profession’s integrity. It is deeply unbecoming of the legal profession and the legal institutes this person associates with. Such actions damage public trust in the legal system and normalise violence, putting vulnerable individuals at greater risk.


I urge the Uttarakhand Bar Council to take immediate and strict disciplinary action against this lawyer. Someone who openly advocates violence has no place in the legal profession. I respectfully request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action, including suspension or revocation of his license, if found guilty of professional misconduct.


Should he delete it from his Instagram account, the video has been widely documented and distributed, and I can provide additional evidence if required. Please let me know how I can assist further in ensuring that appropriate action is taken.

India is a fake country, it only poses as a country. It is a conglomerate of a thousand ethnicities with different languages. There is a caste system that can never be eradicated.

It is proof that diversity does not work. It will completely fall apart in the 21st century.

I’d also add that people think of relocation as a 1-time project. The tasks may last a month or two, but they think of a move as a discrete thing. A subscription model does not feel appropriate given the way people feel about relocation.

I don’t think the issue is that people feel it’s too cheap, they feel why an I subscribing to something when my move is over. As another commenter said, pricing is marketing. I can totally understand your desire for recurring revenue, but the customer needs to feel that they are getting ongoing value to accept it.

That being said, instead of calling your $20/month a subscription, why not market it as “pay over time”. There are many successful businesses that “finance” a 1-time purchase for their customers and then recognize the revenue as recurring.

If you’ve proven that your market will bear $1200 for the service, I would just market a “no interest payment plan” of $99.99 per month for 12 months or $49.99 per month for 24 months. No reason why you couldn’t increase those prices to encourage cash up front as a “discount”.

SaaS is not the right business model for all things. As a sub we need to be better about calling this out and recommending more appropriate models for different offerings.
