STPI was started in 1990. We all know who ruled Bihar back then. STPI sites were allocated in a lot of north Indian towns but UP, BIHAR, JH failed to build on it. But States like Odisha did. STPI can still play a big role. But for that state leadership needs to be active. Also STPI is basically SEZ for IT. Nitish too was never interested in IT.

I’d say like maybe 1000-1100. Lots of unnecessary trades and nothing tactical or even really positional in the position so it’s hard to tell. But I certainly think most 1000 level players could play that game
