Why in the world would a business like yours need 2-10 service pages every month?

Also, press releases should not be a monthly activity. You are not going to get good link results that way. You do a press release when you have something newsworthy. The goal should never be about the links from the press releases themselves. The idea is to get journalists and other website owners to write an original story about the content of the press release.

Honestly, outside of the service pages and writing a good press release (which from everything else they have offered I doubt they are capable of) everything they have listed there can be done in like 1-2 hours. Most of it automated even.

Even fire will be scared to go this path.
