When I drive I always keep my hand on the switch, if someone from the opposite side drive with a high beam I switch to high beam and if i meet a sensible driver driving on low beam I immediately switch to low beam

It is pulling too much power. Either that or both your minis have bad boards. I’d bet the built in hub/KVM is the issue. Try connecting via HDMI to TB/USB-c and see if it goes away.

Have been complaining about this since a year and I finally joined the mob ☠️.

For the first few months. I used low beam and tried not to frustrate myself over it. Then I tried dipping to signal them to use low beams but nobody low beams so I joined them.

I use high beams too now. No point in dipping or anything 😑

This is from my thunderbolt connection to my Gibabyte M32U monitor from my m4 Mac mini. I had to same message with my M1 Mac mini. I can assure you that it is not using too much power. I switched out cables and the message goes away for about a day. I even tried using an active thunderbolt 4 cable and passive very short thunderbolt 5.
