He wasn't part of the creation and seems to only know the founders through other parties. I'm sure he is perfectly capable of doing the job or wouldn't even consider it. However, there are certainly others who could do the job and maybe will accept 10%.

The child whom the daughter gives birth to is also part of family. The child whom son gives birth to belongs to family of son's wife irrespective of caste. So how is that important?
