Kirshna dismissed webster , banger of a catch by jaiswal
So happy that Sharma is not here. He would have been having 2 slips. And if there was any bad fielding, he would start abusing that player.
Good riddance. Hopefully I don't see him in any format national team. -

What is PMF
> As the title suggests what does Product market fit mean?
It means your product fits the market you have identified.
> There is a lot of information and videos about it but I somehow still struggle to understand running a physical product startup.
Simplistically, does your product solve a pain point that customers are willing to pay for? Does your product put out the hair on fire?
> Another question is do those startups work where the problem exists, consumers just don’t know about it, but it’s a serious problem like “Teflon pans causing cancer”
If it was really serious then why wouldn't consumers know about it?
If you are relying on demand gen to raise awareness then that is going to be a very long and expensive road.
Ideally you want to be selling pain-killers not vitamins.
Perhaps you should look into doing a [value prop canvas exercise](https://www.strategyzer.com/library/the-value-proposition-canvas) -

With the rise of Cursor for MVPs - how much equity are you giving first engineer?
Looking through your comments, you're convinced a tech partner/founder/whatever isn't worthwhile in this case/for this app. Run with it then. Take your MVP, get revenue, support your customers and then hire developers at market rate to update the app based on user feedback.
Just being frank but your attitude to the tech portion of this oppty is not of a partner it's adversarial. Do yourself a favor and just release what you have since you believe it's ready (bc if it's MVP then it's ready, if it's not MVP, it's not ready) and avoid all the headache of co-founder arguments / turn over that you likely will have. -
With the rise of Cursor for MVPs - how much equity are you giving first engineer?
I think you're underestimating the need for a technical person. A wait-list is cool, but these aren't paying customers. That's enough to get technical people interested, not give you leverage.
Leverage means you could build the app and scale it yourself with existing cofounders. AI for coding is inversely correlated with the scale and complexity of your app, so the bigger you get, the more useless AI is for helping you make technical decisions.
If you're not comfortable going solo without a "technical cofounder," I suggest not being stingy about equity at all, even considering close to an even split. -
