Dude, Gujarati can be found in every nook and corner of the country. I am surprised that you didn't find any in Hyderabad.
Tip: visit areas such as koti, Badi chowdi, kachiguda, sultan Bazar and Hanuman Vyayam shaala road (there are more, but I honestly don't remember). You can find lots of Gujarati households. Many of the businesses in the above areas are run by Gujarati.

OP...You're actually referring to Kalaghoda which has tons of art galleries & restaurants. It's a hub of culture & creativity. The last pic is at Churchgate.

SoBo where I've always lived, not even one alley or turn bores me to this day. The biggest plus for myself is living by the seafront which adds a kind of relaxed atmosphere in a otherwise bustling metropolis.

I so really miss Rhythm House from that vicinity. It was one of a kind experience.
