Fellow Indori , I would suggest purchasing a readymade suit , check if there are some sales going on. Even if you want fabric and tailor separately for a suit (I guess it will be used multiple times in its lifetime) , you should not look for only an economical option, but quality (fabric , finishing and fitting) also matters when it comes to suit. Any ways you can buy fabric from cloth market as a fellow redditor suggested , also there are many tailors or you can take suggestions from shopkeepers as well to direct you to a suitable tailor.

If its too urgent , get a black blazer and go for full good quality suit later on when it becomes financially viable for you.
