I don't think she'll really change because that's how she literally makes money. She said she will focus on fitness until her birthday, and I think that is something she will really do this time, but I think hauls, hair transformation, wala videos are inevitable. Also, let's not forget, she's a great liar. During lockdown, she said she would not buy unnecessary things such as sunglasses and clothes, but she bought many many after that video. I recommend hiring a CMO, sales manager, or someone with GTM experience. Hiring a business development person with EV experience in your country someone with established connections.

Some basic recommendation is getting Sales cycle and pipeline started.

1. Marketing + Use Cases + cold outreach

2. Qualify that pipeline into two sections hunting and farming (in execlsheet). Hunting is like going after a target business constantly calling, emailing, etc. Farming is when you have already a warm prospect you are moving them through the cycle

3. Define your sell cycle like how many steps does it take to explain benefit, sign the contract, implement, and close. Some B2B software in my experience take 28 steps or more in a 1 year but the payout is large so its worth.

4. maintain quality product for existing clients because branding matters and reliability.

Believe in the product won’t help you if you don’t have any skin in the game. It could be anything like financially you are getting benefited like equity or share in profit or working on it helps you upskill then it might be worth hanging around a little but if you are not gaining anything apart from the “belief” then my friend remember on thing, at the end of the day it’s a dog eat dog world so just gain what you want to and leave
