I understand your situation brother, I lost my father in 2021 and I was 27 then.

I had been away from 2010 for studies and only visited during sem breaks and holidays, my parents used to live in the hometown itself. I always used to accompany my father when he went to see our farms and orchards. I'll tell you what I did and suggest based on my experience.

My case is a bit different than yours because I knew the location of almost 70% of my property and so it wasn't as difficult to get things in place. The thing is that people wait for your downfall and try to pull you down even more in your hard times, so be strong and stand tall.

First of all go visit your ancestral home. You will have to pretend and fake a lot of things so the people start taking you seriously and you don't appear as a weak fatherless boy. Even if you don't have money, never let them know. Even if you don't have the guts to fight for what yours, pretend that you'll go to any lengths. Speak loud enough to be heard. People there don't know you so you will be what you tell them you're.

If you don't trust your uncles, find a cousin of your father and ask them to show you, your share of land. Visit the place and drop a pin in google maps for future. Make a list of all the properties and find an 'Amin' to get the khata/khesra of the said property.
