I live near the Kwality factory. The entire area smells like freshly baked bread in the evening, very pleasant to walk past. I’ve been using their bread for 20 years, never had a problem once. They have a cafe nearby called Bakewills, been going there since it opened a few years ago and never had a problem with anything there too.

You judge by location too much. It’s a business, why do you think they can price products that cheap? Ask them to set up a factory in SoBo and pay 150rs for a packet of bread. If the end product is of adequate quality and has no problems I see no issue.

I would suggest staying in Europe, working hard for some years, building up your wealth, and then you can consider returning to India in your later years if you feel like it. If your current job is providing you enough money to build a good life abroad I would suggest staying there for some time and building your work experience, but if you feel your earnings are less then you can consider switching to a different job. Also consider moving to other parts of Europe if you feel it might help you in your career. I have a friend living in Germany, working there in a corporate role, and she is doing well. As far as I know she doesn't face any issues because she speaks German.
