Bhojpuri and other native languages of East UP and Bihar were always sidelined especially post the revolt of 1857

First it was urdu and then standard Hindi had always been official languages of these states

It's a lie that Hindi is mother tongue of Bihar. Even today when I go to my native, the masses - both hindus muslims their talk in bhojpuri. They won't be able to communicate in hindi. The same thing in Patna. If you skip across those fancy colonies and visit rural areas people can't speak full hindi sentences. They talk in Magahi / Magadhi

To be fair, I've faced this issue in Hyderabad. I stayed there for a year for work. Had to change house as the landlord lived in the same building and had this exact same issue with visitors, including colleagues!

There are some indoor play areas with jungle gym type of stuff all around city, I think that would be a good idea for a child of that age.

There are nannies inside who keep an eye on him so you can chill outside with a coffee etc. Once he has had enough, get him some food, get to hotel, he would probably sleep sound from the activity, giving you some downtime as well
