The Best Beginner sports bike?
390 Duke is definitely not a beginner bike, there is an amount of learning curve needed to handle the the power. Would recommend to consider Duke 250 or svartpilen 401. -

A fired national park ranger lost his dream job. He says the public is losing more
Most national park rangers I met in my travels were veterans. And I never met one I didn’t like. This makes me sad. -
Easy, breezy, dictatorship
Does his face ache by "smiling" like that? Is always trying to stick his lower jaw forward or pouting his lips or what? -

Think about it.
This rule will affect small and medium food vendors.
Your.kababs won't taste the same again.of this rule were to apply.
Other affected dishes are tandoori, wood fire pizzas, charcoal grills, champaran dishes, litti chokha...
Why is this rule being implemented? Is it a measure to curb mumbai's rising pollution? -

Justice K. Chandru: 79% of judges appointed in 5 years were forward castes. SC/ST, OBC representation among judges has declined. Only 10% of the Indian population are given priority
Another alternative is the union govt appointing judges. Something similar happens in the US. -

Btw speaking of immigrants, many people consider others having mongoloid features as immigrants too. Take an example of Nagaland, I believe some Naga traditionalists consider Muivah and the NSCN-IM to represent the interests of "outsider" Nagas. -

How Chennai’s IT corridor becoming an urban development disaster
>In 2024, Chief Secretary N. Murugananadam ordered an inspection after OMR experienced severe flooding even during minimal rainfall. The inspection, conducted in December across zones 13, 14, and 15, identified a major issue: the absence of rainwater harvesting (RWH) systems. Only 35% of buildings had proper RWH systems in place, while 56% were poorly maintained. “Many high-rises follow the norms; the defaulters are mid-rise buildings,” said a CMDA official. Although CMDA guidelines mandate RWH systems and tie them to completion certificates, lax enforcement has resulted in water stagnation and flooding during heavy rains[,](https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/chennai/omr-a-mess-and-we-are-to-blame-too/amp_articleshow/118189881.cms) reported *TOI.*
Evlo periya olu!
I'm a Thiruvanmiyur native. Been living here since 1996.
Pretty much the entire right side stretch (when travelling from Thiruvanmiyur towards Sholinganallur) of OMR from WTC till atleast Sholinganallur is built on marshland and lake bed.
Your Casgagrand Egret Park, Pelican nest, Purwa's socieites and pretty much every society is built on encroached lands that are low lying. Its a given that for any rainfall event, all these places will face flooding from the water overflowing from the marshland and Perungudi lake.
RWH in mid-rise buildings enna mayiru help pannum when your building is built on the lake itself?
0 town planning. 0 planned development - 100% corruption. That's OMR.
We dont even have the resources to provide metro water for any of these societies.
Any decent corporation - would have first reclaimed these lands properly, built the sewage and water infrastructure, mandated these high rises to build gray water systems and built proper public transportation. 2000s varaikum OMR la naalu odanchi pona 19B thaan pogum.
