OP- thanks for bringing this up. I can’t understand this apathy Indians have to wearing seatbelts. I make sure not to start my car unless everyone is wearing a seatbelt, even if sitting in the rear. My family though keeps complaining about it all the time.

So the thing is in hyd and outside hyderabad the drinking water is released at particular time in a week when it is released it is directly stored in apartment tank or in some cases people collect directly the issue there is no auto shutoff valve to water pipe line and the water meter exists but we need to pay Rs-250 per month and we should not put shut off valve to the drinking water pipeline as per municipality where there is no restrictions to bore water. Bore water is maintained purely but apartment only thing you can do is attach a auto shutoff meter to bore meter what's it and people rarely use this meter cause it costs about 3000 and some times above 3000 so it already exists
