As someone who is in a similar situation as you, I understand your needs. I am 6' 3" with a heavier build.

My first opinion would be to fix the budget. There are cars all over the price ranges these days.

Do note, most of the cars have very poor underthigh support side bolstering for our frame. My recommendations, in no order of preference.

1. Honda City, 4th gen and up.

2. Mahindra XUV 7OO

3. BYD Atto 3 (ev)

4. MG Hector

These cars have some of the most comfortable seats and your 80km daily journeys will not be tiresome.

I found the seats and space of MG ZS EV, most of the Hyundai cars (except Verna and Creta), Maruti Suzuki (except Invicto), Honda Elevate and Amaze all cramped for my build.

I have refrained from speaking about cars above the 50L price point. Once you go there, it is all about the luxury and the comfort.
