The world is not a fair place. We want it to be one. But it won't ever be. And Life will always be difficult.

Part of growing up is learning to deal with unpleasant circumstances. Your child need not going around creating fights everywhere. But alongside learning to be kind and empathetic , they should also learn how to be strong. If they are not strong both mentally and physically , they will get steam rolled by others who are stronger and more capable them that.

They should also learn and use their discretion when to be kind, when to be empathetic and when they should voice their opinion clearly and when to give that idiot bully a sound thrashing.
