A girl I knew and was like a little sister to me. I was staying over at her family's place over lockdown when I was finishing my Masters, and I woke up one morning to see her corpse on the driveway in front of my window. It honestly broke me and had me questioning a lot of things about my life, myself and pretty much everything for maybe 4 years. The PTSD you get from this is also pretty bad - sometimes it feels like a large and edificial part of me died with her that morning; at other times, it feels like I'm still there. The feeling of guilt really begins to eat at you as well, and none of this ever really goes away (Edit) regardless of however much therapy you go through.

Edit: However, it did give me a push to get my life in gear and to stop running away from my responsibilities, It taught me that the only sure thing in life is that you will die one day, but you won't know how or when - so you'd best spend every day as though it's your last and do at least one thing that doesn't make you feel ashamed at who you see when you look into a mirror, and try to be better today than you were the day before.

Edit: To everyone else on this topic, I'm sorry that you had to go through what you did, truly. I wish I could help more substantially, but all I can do is empathise and commiserate at this point.

Also Add basic safety gear atleast 5-10k helmet, gloves 3-5k, riding pants 10k, jacket 5-10k .
