I'm a Semi-Neet since I work a part-time job. But I'm not actively working towards anything due to my severe depression.

So I guess my biggest factor is severe depression mixed in with social anxiety and stunted social skills. A lot of it is due to being an only child from a poor, immigrant family.

Dealt with some abuse from adults growing up as well as bullying from peers. Struggled to fit in with the other boys in school.

Adults made it seem like all I had to do was do good in school and things would work out on their own. But I learned the hard way that that's not how life works. At least not anymore. Also struggled heavily in college that I ended up dropping out. So there's that too.

I would say its a bit loaded as well as competition is also high in the course as non-cs peeps are mostly allowed to register only in spring sem. Thus there are students from senior years who have already covered quite a lot of DSA which gives them quite an edge over others, if you are beginner.

Don't think poorly of yourself like that yet. You're still very young and got time. Just get that bachelor's degree, do internships to get some work experience going, and you'll be alright. If the opportunity to date someone comes about, go for it. You don't want to miss out on any opportunities while you're still in that crucial phase of your life. Later on it will be much harder to get yourself back on track.
