I don't know man for Indian roads 21HP and 30Nm seems plentiful. I've ridden 31,100 kms on my H'ness that too most of the time with my GF as a pillion and I never felt the lakh of power when riding alone. It could be the 30Nm torque combined with longer gearing that lets you use the 30Nm torque more than you could use the lesser 20HP at the top end.

Only when you're trying to catch up with other riders with higher CC bikes that you feel that you wish you had more power. But since I prefer the freedom, feeling and peace of riding solo any which ways I think I got enough.

Yes I've also ridden higher CC bikes like the Speed 400 and the NX500 but I've always felt it's little too much and I don't 'need' this. If I ever upgrade to a bigger bike it would be an ADV just for added comfort, better ride quality over our terrible roads and the big adventure bike feel.

I am not commenting on this specific case. But as an older immigrant, I see young students with no support system or life skills struggle every day. Their only source of information is their seniors.  They unknowingly get pulled into doing illegal things. They end up using susbstances irresponsibly. They do not seek treatment for mental or physical illness they face. 


If you are a student in a developed country, you will most probably have access to subsidized or free psychological and legal help. There are advocates within the system meant to negotiate on your behalf. There might be some shortcomings but they are usually relatively decent. Please access them whenever you face a challenge.
