Easier to attract investors if you already have an audience and distribution. But remember, if you have that audience, only a small percentage will convert to another behavior, especially paying money.

I say keep building that audience and learn what they would pay for and start to experiment with MVPs. Even better, make enough money from current channel monetization so you’re not in a major hole with a developer (cash and equity).

Hoysala architecture is one of the most beautiful I have seen. It may not be grand but its beauty lies in its intricacy and detail. I still remember the pillars in the mandapa (not sure if it was Halebidu or Belur) of a temple. The only thing that comes close in Nagara architecture is Kandariya Mahadev temple at Khajuraho. But, that is more impressive from afar than up close.
