Last week there was a cab (yellow number plate car) waiting near the entrance of one of the buildings in my society and the guy had headlights as well as fog lights ON at high beam.... I mean parked car ke lights blinding people who were walking. I went up to him and told him to use a low beam and that there was no need to use fog lights. His face was blank... Like he did not know what I was saying so I tried again. All he understood was the light was bothering people so he switched them off but a few minutes later he again switched them all on when he was driving away 😔 He was driving since 11 years and has no clue what I was saying about the headlights.
