Today, I reach out to you with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help. My beloved brother, Lakshya Ansani, has been again diagnosed with a severe and life-threatening condition known as Ph. positive B- ALL (Acute lymphoblastic leukemia). His cancer has relapsed and he has to undergo Bone marrow transplant in September. We have very less time.

At just 23 years old, Lakshya finds himself thrust into an unimaginably challenging phase of life, battling against this merciless disease and enduring immense suffering.

Following this phase, he will undergo acritical Bone marrow transplant surgery very soon offering him the best chance at recovery.

However, the cost of Lakshya's cancer treatment is estimated to reach a staggering sum of 35 lakhs, as advised by his medical team, We Need More 11 Lakhs.

Sadly, I have no means to arrange such a significant amount of money to fund his lifesaving treatment. I feel utterly helpless, fearing the loss of my brother because of my inability to secure the necessary funds.

Today, with profound sadness and a desperate plea, I humbly request your support and contributions to this fundraiser.

It was an incident when I was in 9th standard. I was among the top 5 students in my class. My maths was very poor but I was a beast in every other subject. I used to memorise the steps and write down in my exam. Barely managed to pass math exams. Once in a class test, I didn’t solve the whole problem but wrote the final step and then the answer. My teacher put a circle around it and wrote “WOW!”. I scored 3 out of 15. On the day of third quarter math exam there was announced a state holiday by the student organisation and our exam was nearly postponed until they withdrew the holiday and we were told to attend the exam the night before. The paper was decent however I would have managed to get around 20-25 out of 40. A few days later we were told that many students didn’t perform well due to confusion whether the exam would be conducted on that particular day or not. So we were told to retake the exam. Our annual sports event was around the corner. I didn’t go to school during annual sports. That “WOW” remark had shook me very hard. I decided that this was my best time to prove myself. I began practising mathematics day and night. Only two things were on loop: eating and preparing. I got one week to prepare. Prepared myself very well. When I sat down to write my exam, every single question became familiar to me. I blasted off. But due to overconfidence I totally messed one question and it took 3 marks away and another step ate 1 mark. Secured 36 out 40. The teacher who wrote WOW on my test paper brought me to the front of the class and made my classmates do a standing ovation. He was really impressed with my performance. From then on, maths didn’t seem to be that tough as I thought earlier. In fact I still have that WOW cut out stored in my money box.
I wish I could bring back that enthusiasm but I am failing to do so at the moment.
