And second lack of scientific temper is by product of lack of quality education we believe in superstitions more than we believe in science

And our own government funds homeopathy an un proven system of medicine

It's natural to feel that way since u moved very far and to a totally different place which is culturally different and mostly diff in all other aspects. If you feel overwhelmed take it slow and try to focus on one thing and go from there. Also make sure u talk to someone/anyone abt what's bothering u, other perspectives often helps and also it feels better to share stuff sometimes.
