Because majority people are uncomfortable watching two people kiss. We don't kiss each other on a regular basis. It isn't normalised and is generally linked to se*ual acts. What's so hard to understand? Some communities are comfortable with seeing n*k*d b**bs , some see it as indecency like we do. Temples have depicted s**ual acts and these temples were built by humans. S*x is absolutely necessary for the survival of species. Just because someone did something a thousand years ago and it was perfectly normal then doesn't mean it is perfectly normal now.

We're not used to watching people kiss but we know that it is associated to deep love and s*x in some cases. Kissing is of different types. I don't think you'll want to watch two people kiss in the most s*xual manner for two-three minutes at a public place. You might say I should look in another direction. What if everyone around me is doing the same ? You want me to close my eyes at a public place indefinitely?
Or do you want to describe what type of kiss is decent and what type is indecent? Or do you want to set a time limit ? Kissing is not normalised here. There are changing rooms where people see each other n*de in Europe. They are used to it. We aren't.
You people should think rationally rather than blaming the law makers and blaming people for moral policing.
