1. Since you are from Mumbai, you might notice a different kind of behavior among people here. 3. You can manage with this salary. My advice is to move into a PG when you first arrive, and then look for a flat or find someone to share a flat with. 4. PGs typically ask for a full month's rent in advance, but I don't think you need to give them any token money.
