And I came to know about 44 acre of land at 10 lakh per acre price in Punjab near my home town. One can get 44 acres with 4CR amount. And agriculture land has eucalyptus plants. after 1-2 year, one will easily get 1-2 CR for this. To me, Gurgaon real estate is bubble. Genuine rates should not be more than 1CR as plenty of land is available. It’s chrony capitalism which is leading to these high rates. If government looks into this seriously and create infrastructure and better connectivity, these rates would surely drop but such seriousness from bureaucracy and politicians is hard to imagine.
