The IT beach is also not far so you get everything alongwith the peace and quiet. Plus the weather is somehow super nice in madhurawada compared to the rest of the "main city" maybe coz of the forests and hills surrounding us. So many gated communities and independent apartments that have availability here. 4 years ago, there was almost nothing here, now it's a very different place

One thing to add: basic law and order proper enforcement.

If only the law and justice, media are improved our city will be a tier 1 city.


This will improve the following things:

1. Less crimes

2. People will get a basic traffic sense because of enforcement of proper challans and vehicle seizure after some time of non payment cases. People won't drive rashly either nor would they drive carelessly because one complaint would possible seize their vehicle

3. Media is one of the pillars of democracy it gives voice to the common man, rn every media is just sold off to big corporates except siasat, we need more

4. Proper judicial system will lead to charges against politicians who don't work and will lead to more development instead of laziness or dirty politics

5. Food hygiene.

6. Cleaner roads because unlike now the ghmc would be doing its job
