I'd say if you have practically infinite time and aren't tied to a 9-5, learn some kind of long-term online skill. In early 2024 I learned the basics of RenPy and made a (very basic) Visual Novel for myself, so that's an example of how you could increase the amount of hobbies to reduce the time spent on the Hub... But generally, the best and only truly functional method is to lay aside your mobile devices and Laptop/PC whenever you feel tempted and maybe to a home workout, or go for a run (even if just in the basement), or running around your home, anything could reduce your exposure to it. But if you aren't able to do those things that quickly, that's okay too, everyone must take small steps first ;)
