Spent a couple of weeks in Europe last year. At first, I was annoyed by how convenient things were in India.

But then eventually, I started liking the whole physically walking to the store routine. Cities are walkable, there’s no pollution, cars don’t honk unnecessarily, and it’s just mentally so comforting to walk without any issues.

I wish we had proper footpaths in this country at least. The air being dogshit is another issue.

Going out to fetch things from the local store is an actual chore in this country. So, I don’t complain about whatever fees these platforms charge. They’re just capitalising on the shitty civic infrastructure and mass unemployment that we have.
