Ppl who are defending it that it s not done on based of religion 34 years ago !there was same scandal in ajmer by muslims. They only targeted hindu girls and made a big network until some girl died and same thing happened in this case. Please do research on google than you will understand. Guwahati needs a lot of civic engagement, way back in the 80s when we were kids the city used to greener, friendly with warm people. Now all I see in the city is people willing to flaunt money. If you are a starter kind of a person, try starting a meet up group for people with like minded interests and see how it goes. The city still has a lot of heart despite the rapid depleting green coverage.
